We're confident you'll love BlogBotz. That's why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund your payment in full.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Include your account email and reason for the refund.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • This policy applies to first-time subscribers only
  • Subsequent billing cycles are not eligible for refunds
  • Annual plan refunds are prorated after the first 14 days

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

What Is Not Covered

While we strive to be fair and flexible, certain situations fall outside our refund guarantee:

  • Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window has passed
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Requests from users who have previously received a refund from us
  • Add-on purchases or third-party integrations billed separately
  • Charges resulting from usage overages beyond your plan limits

Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades

When you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, we prorate the cost based on the remaining days in your billing period. The difference is charged immediately and your new plan limits take effect right away.

When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to enjoy your current plan features until that date. Downgrades do not trigger a refund for the current billing period.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days. After 14 days, annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused months, at our discretion. To request a prorated refund on an annual plan, contact our support team with your account details and the reason for cancellation.

We recommend evaluating BlogBotz thoroughly during your trial or early access period to ensure it meets your needs before committing to an annual plan.

Failed Payments and Service Interruptions

If a payment fails due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or bank decline, we will notify you by email and attempt to collect the payment again. During this grace period, your account may be temporarily restricted. We are not liable for any content generation delays caused by payment failures.

If a service interruption on our end causes you to be unable to use BlogBotz for an extended period, please contact us. We handle service credit requests individually based on the duration and impact of the outage.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly by our support team, often faster than the formal dispute process. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is under review.

If you do initiate a chargeback and we determine it was filed in error, we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount plus any associated processing fees.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make significant changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of BlogBotz after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
